FPD Global has more than 700 exclusive and non-exclusive listings of properties (ranging from lots only, houses and lots, affordable, middle cost and high-end condominiums, commercial and office spaces, idle or raw lands) which are updated and monitored on a weekly basis by transaction personnel.
Lease and Sale Transactions – FPD Global’s role is to find the right match (tenant or buyer) for the property being leased or sold. For commercial properties, FPD Global often gets involved in the development of the rental structure, zoning, tenant mix, and move-in guidelines in preparation for the Property Care stage.
Project Selling – FPD Global is currently the exclusive marketing agent for 20 storey Future Point 3 Office and Residential Condominium in Panay Avenue, Quezon City and 10 hectare Monterey Hills in San Mateo Rizal. Past projects included Cherry Orchard Suites, a Mid-rise Condominium project in Congressional avenue, Quezon City, a Two-Tower Fort Victoria Condominium in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, and 6.7 hectare Dasmaroyale Vilage in Dasmarinas Cavite. To date, FPD Global had sold an aggregate total value of about Php1.1 Billion worth of condominium units, lots only and houses and lots since 2007.
