The 3rd residential project of Future World Realty, FPD Global was tapped to bring in professional experience in marketing the project, a significant departure from the client’s old style of passive selling. Future Point Plaza 3 will have Studios to 3 bedroom units priced at Php45,000/sqm only. About 200 units were floated to the market in June 2009.
