Our journey began as a brokerage company catering to various condominium developers. Our primary mission was to connect developers with potential buyers, many of whom were overseas workers investing in properties back home. However, our story took an exciting turn when these same clients sought our expertise to manage their properties, entrusting us to find tenants for both short- and long-term stays.
Even before the rise of platforms like Airbnb, we were already pioneering condotel management, providing comprehensive solutions that combined property management with hospitality services.
