Kaizen Suites
Kaizen Suites is a 75 room hotel along Taft Avenue, nearby La Salle. The project caters to students and teachers of nearbu universities and seafarers of nearby maritime companies.
G Square Residence
Located at the corner of Nakpil and Taft Ave., across Phil Women University. This is a 374 room hybrid project, composed of 44 de luxe hotel rooms and 330 dormitory roms.
Paragon Tower Hotel
Paragon Tower Hotel is a 45 room businessman’s hotel in Ermita, Manila. Being anold hotel, it boasts of bigger than standard rooms. The hotel caters to transients taking their medical exam for work.

Caliraya Ecoville
This is a 20 hectare agri-tourism resort located in Caliraya, Laguna. It has a 20 room hotel, 9 Lakeside Cottages, 7 Aqua Cottages and 3 Villas. It is a favourite weekend destinations for people who love nature, fishing and doing outdoor sports.
Lakeview Suites
This is an 8 room bed and breakfast, located by the ridge of Tagaytay. It is an ancestral home that is converted into a bed and breakfast with a Filipino restaurant (Pelayo’s) that is open to both guests and outsiders.

Abuella Tagaytay
ABUELA is a 4-bedroom, 2 storey modern vacation home which is marketed by FPD Global as a staycation place, under its brand MyHappyPlace. It has a pool and fully equipped kitchen.
Hacienda Sylvia
HACIENDA SYLVIA is a sprawling weekend destination place for big families looking for a house to have a staycation. It is in the middle of a 100 hectare fish pond, and the house is complete with swimming pools, basketball courts, billiards, a camping ground and lots of space for family bonding.

Upcoming Projects
Elements Towers
ELEMENTS is a 2-tower residential condominium locsted along Shaw Boulevard Pasig. FPD Global signed a JV wigth GFL (the developer) to manage 45 units which were sold as condotel. FPD Global is also tasked to managed the AirBnB units for unit owners whose units are not enrolled in the condotel pool. The project is slated for soft opening in January 2025.
Pura Veda
PURA VIDA is a takeover project of FPD Global. It is a 15 room existing hotel with villas and a function room on the roof deck. The project will be re-positioned as a new vacation weekend destination, and is currently under going renovation. Target opening is January 2025
