FPD Global Payments, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

FPD Global Integrated Services Inc. ("FPD Global") provides asset management, tenancy
management, hospitality management, property care, brokerage, and related support services on
behalf of property owners and project principals.
Because FPD Global manages multiple properties and projects with varying terms and
conditions, cancellation, modification, and refund policies may differ depending on the specific
property, accommodation, service, or project involved.
1. Property Reservations and Accommodation Bookings
For reservations made for properties managed by FPD Global, including but not limited to
serviced apartments, condominium units, hotels, resorts, and short-term rental accommodations:
Cancellation and refund terms shall be governed by the booking confirmation, reservation
agreement, listing platform (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com), or the specific property's
published terms and conditions.
Guests are encouraged to review the applicable cancellation policy prior to making a
reservation.
Refund requests shall be evaluated in accordance with the applicable property's
cancellation policy.
2. Long-Term Leasing Transactions
For long-term residential or commercial lease transactions:
Reservation fees, deposits, and advance rental payments shall be subject to the terms of
the applicable lease agreement.
Refunds, if any, shall be processed only in accordance with the executed lease contract
and applicable laws.
3. Property Care and Maintenance Services
For property care, repair, renovation, fabrication, and maintenance services:
Work orders may be cancelled without charge prior to mobilization or procurement of
materials.
Once materials have been purchased, contractors mobilized, or work commenced,
cancellation charges may apply.
Any refundable amount shall be net of actual costs incurred by FPD Global and its
accredited contractors or suppliers.
4. Processing of Refunds
Where refunds are approved:
Refunds shall be processed through the original mode of payment whenever practicable.
Processing times may vary depending on banking institutions, card issuers, payment
gateways, and applicable merchant procedures.
Approved refunds are generally processed within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) business days.
5. Force Majeure
FPD Global shall not be liable for cancellations, interruptions, or modifications resulting from
events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government
restrictions, public health emergencies, utility interruptions, civil disturbances, or other force
majeure events.
